My work explores dissent and displacement through the intertwined histories of persecution, exile and survival.
Drawing on my German Jewish heritage, I use storytelling, printmaking and installation to connect personal and collective memory with wider political realities.
Dissent and Displacement reflects on journeys forced by war, oppression and intolerance, while challenging fixed ideas about refugees and belonging.
Inspired by family history, German Expressionism and contemporary testimony, I seek to create work that is both historically rooted and urgently present.
At its heart, this project asks how lives disrupted by violence continue to echo across generations and within Britain today.
